Save the date for Albany High Theater Ensemble's next showcase of incredible student talent!

"Black Girl in Summer Surrounded by Butterflies" will run May 30-June 1 at 6:30 p.m. (Sunday show at 2 p.m.).

Written by Albany High Class of 2010 grad Aaron Moore, the first act follows a young girl's journey to paint a mural dedicated to her late mother, with a focus on community, art, and – most importantly – how we are stronger together. The second act will feature student-created works around these themes, including singing, dancing, acting and more!

Tickets are $5 for district students and seniors, $15 general admission.

Bring a donation to our Ronald McDonald House Charities drive and receive a free concession snack!

Please note, the show contains a parental advisory for mild language and adult themes.
