Happy Friday, Junior Falcons!

News

  • Winter Recess begins Monday (Dec. 23) and runs through Jan. 1. We can't wait to see everyone back here on Thursday, Jan. 2 (2025!) and we hope everyone has a healthy and happy break.
     
  • Falcons don't rest! The City School District of Albany's Athletic Department posted the winter break practice schedule.
     
  • If you didn't catch them on Facebook already, make sure to check out our Junior Falcon photo highlights from this week! The  was truly special and thank you to everyone who made our a success!
     
  • Attention eighth-grade families - save the date! Albany High School is hosting a curriculum night on Tuesday, Jan. 2 from 5-7:30 p.m. Details can be found here.
     
  • Congratulations to Rudra Kumar, Nathaleej Labaro and Samy Elminyawi! The grade 8 musicians were selected to perform at the 2025 Suburban Council Music Festival in January.
     

  • Many people throughout our community are asking what they can do to support the families of the North Albany Middle School students who lost their lives in the tragic accident earlier this month. We are grateful to everyone for this outpouring of support. The North Albany PTA's fund-raising effort to support the families is ongoing. You can  for more information if you would like to help. As always, thank you for your heartfelt care and compassion for our students and families at such a difficult time.
